The apple diet exists in the most different variants. Here I will result a six-day variant of an apple diet.
1st day - 1 kg of apples;
2nd day - 1,5 kg of apples;
3rd day - 2 kg of apples;
4th day - 2 kg of apples;
5th day - 1,5 kg of apples;
6th day - 1 kg of apples.
It is possible to drink tea (better green tea), pure, without sugar, infusions of various grasses. It is authorized to eat 3-5 slices of black bread for a day.
In such variant an apple diet, undoubtedly, heavy enough. Though apples - a product very useful, contain almost all vitamins necessary for an organism and microcells, but, using only them within the whole week, you almost completely deprive an inflow organism as energy, and building materials (fibers and fat acids). To grow thin by means of a six-day variant of an apple diet it is possible very decently, on 5-6 kg.
Apples can be used as entirely, and grated. It is supposed to use also a part of apples baked in an oven.
Pay attention at what apples you will use during this diet. It depends on a condition of your stomach. If you have high acidity then you should sweet types of apples are recommended, and sour is not necessary to eat. On the contrary, at the lowered acidity it is better to use apples of sour grades.
